Development of Certification Management System according to Textile Exchange’s Standards and to GOTS.
The development and application of a correct and effective Certification Management System (CMS) is the prerequisite for obtaining and maintaining the Certification in accordance with the requirements laid down in GOTS, Textile Exchange standards (OCS, GRS, RCS, RAF, RDS), as well as in other standard or code of conduct which are relevant for the textile industry.
Development of Certification Management System according to the standard of FSC
The application of an efficient Management System is the premise for the Chain of Custody (CoC) certification in accordance with the FSC standard, which guarantees the traceability of materials coming from forests managed responsibly and certified in compliance with the environmental and social criteria set by Forestry Stewardship Council
Gender Equality Management System
The objective of gender equality in the workplace has become a strategic value for companies. The adoption of suitable policies and effective Management Systems in line with the certification criteria defined by the UNI/PdR 125:2022 allows companies to give visibility to their corporate culture oriented towards respect for diversity and the guarantee of equal opportunities.
Environmental performance measurement and Sustainability Reporting
Support for the management of sustainability programs aimed at:
– conducting Due Diligence processes;
– monitoring the performance of its processes through an inventory analysis of incoming and outgoing flows and the adoption of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
– preparing suitable Sustainability Reports.
Application of criteria and performance indicators for measuring the environmental impact of products, the adoption of suitable mitigation objectives, and the correct management of communication.
Support companies in managing eco-design processes aimed at improving the environmental performance of products and allowing correct and objective communication.
The process includes:
– Conducting an Inventory Analysis of the incoming and outgoing flows of materials, energy and water in the product system;
– The definition and application of suitable Key Performance Indicators for the continuous monitoring of impacts;
– The preparation of reports and “environmental product sheets” based on the principles of eco-design.
